Legendary All Stars is looking for part-time coaches invested in being upbeat, positive role models for our athletes. We operate in parks, private homes, and schools around the Riverdale section of the Bronx, but are rapidly expanding to more neighborhoods in and around NYC. Our coaches work with private groups, open classes, birthday parties, after-schools, and more! Hours span from mornings to late afternoons Monday-Sunday.
As a coach, you will guide athletes through a season of fun focusing on the three S’s. Skills. Sweat. Smiles. Coaches follow lesson plans that develop with athletes in the class and ensure they are consistently building upon their abilities, while still having a blast. The most important characteristic we are looking for in our coaches is that they love working with kids and care about our athletes.
Your Qualifications:
After an initial interview, we will invite you to do a trial class with us (don’t worry, we pay you for it). If we feel you’re a good fit (and you feel the same about us), then you will work extensively with our head coaches, receive a training manual, and learn all about our methods and strategies in creating engaging classes for our athletes. Pay for coaches starts at $30/class.
